The service is so poor, they just slowly take there time, all the while eating food behind the counter, laughing and joking. The restaurant is freezing all throughout the year, it’s not enjoyable to sit in and dine Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–60 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've come to this Schnitz 3 times at 2:30 in the afternoon and there has only ever been 1 or 2 customers and on 1 of those occasions nobody was inside. And on all occasions I have been made to wait to place my order when I can see the team members talking in the corner who have observed me standing there for a period of time and still not acknowledged me. Considering there is no customers in the place you would expect fresh chips but on 2 occasions I was given cold chips and both times when I asked for fresh chips I was met with attitude like I was inconveniencing them even tho there was nobody in the place and all 3 girls were just standing around. You would think if they are that quiet chips would be made fresh to order. And if a customer is asking for fresh chips they wouldn't be met with attitude it's not a busy fast food chain and Schnitz isn't fast food prices so you would expect better for what your paying. The only one good thing I could say is the wraps have been really nice if I wasn't getting a good wrap I wouldn't go back to this Schnitz. This is the first bad Schnitz location I've been to in Melbourne. Food: 3

Just spent over $100 for the first time at Schnitz Sunbury and I was so disappointed the snitzels were smaller then my small hands and the chips were cold and full of salt I’ll never go back there again!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100–120 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
