AMAZINGGGG I absolutely LOVE the team at Schnitz and the food is absolutely perfect customer service and our food is perfect every time, Alana is the best Schnitz worker and always makes me feel welcome. For a chain, place is pretty good. However there is almost no parking, just street parking. So you ether drive around the block 16 times trying to find a car leaving from their park or you have to park on the other side of town and hope you enjoy your walk in the rain… As the food is actually really good here, alternatively I’d love to have it delivered… however this store just does not offer delivery as an option. So I guess they have lost a lot of business from me alone… if I can’t find a park after two laps of the block… I’m opting for a cheaper, more convenient option with a drive through…. I don’t have all day to find a place to park…. And yes the food is good…. But it’s not that good that I’m going out of my way…. Delivery would be great going forward…. Otherwise I guess Schnitz Traralgon won’t get any of my money *** redaction *** I can understand the parking is not ideal nor necessarily Schultz’s fault, as is just the way the town is designed. My apologies, I must not have been looking during your delivery hours. may I suggest expanding your delivery times? As a tradie, I’d love to enjoy your product for lunch however my point still stands. I don’t have time to find parking, so I would be amazing to be able to have delivered on site. That way you still get my business and I can stay on site focused on what I need to do. I have changed my rating :). Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Hi B, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate your kind words about our food quality. We understand that parking can be a challenge and extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, this is out of our control as the parking in our municipality is the responsibility of Latrobe City Council. I can assure you that many businesses in our area have expressed our concerns about lack of parking for a number of years with the Council.We do offer delivery every day from 5-8pm through Menulog, phone-up ordering, and our newly introduced Uber Eats app. We hope this makes it more convenient for you to enjoy our meals from the comfort of your home.Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you again soon!
