They were terrible. I walked in with a 3lb service dog in my arms. They said nothing or asked any questions. We ordered and spent over 20 bucks. Only after we order go sit on the couch by the door to then have a kid come over to us and tell us we have to leave the because of the dog. The dog can't be in here Agsin never asked any questions I have a lung disease that is why she is a service dog. There was one other lady in there. So you broke the law which I will be reporting but u also wait to take my money. On the other hand also the waffle cones were burnt and my whole family was up all night sick. Please don't go here....

We are sorry about how this was handled. Our team did not see a service animal vest on the dog. Of course if it was a service animal we would let them in. We will be educating ourselves on this further. We should have said something before you ordered. Please stop by for a full refund.

I went in reluctantly, thinking I was going to have a healthy weekend, but my wife and mother-in-law had to have a banana split. I grabbed one sxoop of pistachio on a waffle cone, but the highlight of the day was the banana split...it was amazing. Definitely worth going back for.

I had lunch today at Scoopology. The smash burger, onion rings were delicious. Oh..and not to mention the ice cream. The butter pecan and the peach crunch was amazing.
