We came here to watch a soccer game, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we've had at a sports bar. From the moment we arrived, the bartender/manager was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. He is a tall white man with a shaved head, tattoos covering his face, hands, and scalp, and piercings in his ears. Regular customers will probably know exactly who I'm referring to. His attitude made us feel unwelcome the entire time. In contrast, the young woman working there was friendly, polite, and professional. The difference in customer service between the two was very noticeable. What convinced us never to come back happened as we were leaving. Another group had written on their receipt that they were unhappy with the service. Instead of accepting the feedback professionally, the bartender/manager chased them outside into the parking lot to argue with them. The situation became so tense that it looked like it could turn into a physical confrontation. Watching an employee react that way to customer feedback was shocking and completely unacceptable. This was our first visit, and it will definitely be our last. Good food and drinks mean very little when customers are treated with disrespect. I hope the owners take these complaints seriously because one employee's behavior can damage the reputation of the entire business. Update: After the owner's response... Let me make one thing clear: I was not discriminating against you. I described your tattoos only to identify the specific employee I was referring to, since I didn't know your name. The other employees were polite and professional, so I wanted to make it clear that my review was about your behavior, not theirs. I don't judge or fear people because of their appearance, tattoos, or personal style. That's a false accusation and an attempt to shift the focus away from the real issue: your attitude and the way you treated us. As for the story about someone vomiting in the restroom, that simply isn't true. We know what happened during our visit, and I'm not interested in arguing over made-up excuses. I have nothing else to add. I stand by my review, and I hope you eventually learn to accept criticism instead of turning yourself into the victim.

Y’all threw up all over the bathroom, sorry that would upset anyone who is working at a job and having to deal with terrible sports fans that don’t know how to act in public. Also, you being afraid of someone just because they have a lot of tattoos and using that against them is discrimination and we are very happy you will never come back.

I walked in here with my partner and was immediately yelled at for an ID. That's fine; we are new and it's a late afternoon on a Friday. We head over to the bar area where he is located only to have fingers snapped at us and told he wants our IDs again and to come over to where some mats on the counter was and told us he wants the IDs here because this is where you order drinks. I've never been here; I don't know the drink ordering protocol is as I hardly go out to bars to begin with. His condescending attitude had us leaving before we could try anything; a little more friendly personality would have gone a long way. I get we are in down town PDX but his attitude was beyond rude I couldn't even consider trying to enjoy the cool atmosphere/arcade games. It was a little dark inside so it was hard to gauge what was across the room. Not that it mattered, the bar tender made me want to leave immediately.

We will never apologize for asking for IDs, it is the law in Oregon and should be asked for by every person who serves you. Just show your ID when asked and it doesn't have to be a big deal.
