First time going to this restaurant. Greeted very harsh and felt unwelcome at the get go. Even being seated was uncomfortable no “have you been here before?” or let me grab you a menu. It was being led with no words and menus just given to us then walked away. Food was absolutely incredible! It was like being back in my Nonna’s kitchen. She was from Italy, it’s hard to find REAL authentic Italian food. This place 1000% has it!! Wine is amazing. Their house wine is fabulous. However, the service was not great. I feel like I can’t even show my face again from how awkward and unwelcome we felt. Our server was good until the end when he made a rude comment on how to pay the bill when we questioned. When we even said it was our first time in the beginning. Not sure we will be returning due to all that. Which is sad because the food was absolutely amazing. Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I'm not sure if the food is meant to be authentic over flavor, but it is definitely not worth the price they are asking. We ordered the pasta specialties cannelloni lombardi and the beef ravioli ala parmigiana the former only tasted of raw wine and the latter's tomatoe sauce tasted like it was straight out of a can. Neither dish had any hint flavor or spice. Again, I'm not sure if the food is meant to be authentic but it was overall quite disappointing. Also, the servers were quite dismissive and upset when we didn't want to order any achohol. Price per person: $70–80 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Scotti's Italian Restaurant is sadly consistent. The review response from the owner is a great example of what one could experience. Good luck. Not the Italian dining experience we hoped for. We had not tried Scotti's for years. Our February 2025 visit started with a no smile, unfriendly greeting from a waiter who asked if we had a reservation. We did not. He checked and they seated us at the closest table to the door. No problem. Then the tall, older man waiter came to our table starting with no smile, not friendly. We ordered glasses of red wine and an app. When the waiter returned and asked what we wanted to order, I asked what his favorite thing on the menu was. His response: Look man, I've worked here 20 something years, everything is good. Are you going to order or what? I asked for a couple minutes to choose. The more I thought of this consistent unwelcoming, unfriendly, unprofessional experience, I requested our bill, paid it and could not get out of there fast enough. Hey it's not easy getting downtown, finding a close parking spot that you pay for and getting approached by the homeless asking for money the moment I opened my car door 100 yards from Scotti's. We were hoping for an experience that made it all seem worth it anyway. It is easier and better elsewhere. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
