To start, I realize airport areas are always busy and are very expensive. I cant believe people pay actual money to eat here. Ordered a sunrise sandwich with hash browns which is supposed to be a sourdough egg and ham sandwich. Got burnt scrambled eggs and what looked like the remnants of burnt bacon pieces instead. Literally appeared that the bacon was scraped off of this morning's pans. Asked about the sandwich and was told "oooooops we are out of ham". Due to being over hungry and in a hurry, I choked most of it down immediately regretting that decision. As I walked out to find a restroom to give it back the way it came in I was asked how it was to which I replied "horrible and I can belive people pay for this stuff." That comment drew and smile and a laugh. Move on to the next place!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30

Concourse E at Skyharbor Airport. Had breakfast here on Friday 1/13/26 flying home to Nebraska. Ordered the biscuits and gravy and added two eggs over medium, orange juice and a water. Food was very good! OJ tasted fresh squeezed, not in a bottle! The counter person was having a time and I could tell she was a little stressed. I didn't catch her name. She was multitasking but she persevered as there was a line, nice job young lady. I'd eat there again! Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
