We have dined at a lot of Breakfast Restaurants in the Durham Ontario area and the best for quality, quantity, service and reasonable pricing is Scrambles in Ajax Ontario hands down.
The cook puts together an amazing bacon and egg or sausage and egg breakfast.
They have a great morning special for each dish.
Also, our server, Shahana is always amazing.
They are located at 527 Westney Road South, Ajax, Ontario, Canada.

I went to Scrambles because of the great reviews, however, I was sadly disappointed. The food was disappointing (Smoked Salmon Benedict). I asked for yokes to be done hard, they were not. The bagel or English muffin it was on was soggy from the salmon and spinach. Wasn't hot but it wasn't cold. I didn't complain. My friend asked for no sugar on her pancake and it came with sugar. It had to be returned. The server seemed annoyed. Service in general was below par. It seemed like my friend had too many dietary requests and it was an inconvenience. Erin came by to clear my plate away; she asked if I was still working on it and I said yes. She never came back. After a long time waiting, we went to pay our bill. The vibe was definitely cold and we didn't feel welcome. Maybe it was just an off day. Seems there are a lot of happy customers in the reviews, unfortunately, I'm just not one of them.
