Everytime I go here...it's a treat. Staff is wonderful and the food is out of this world! Definitely a gem of a hidden "spot" in the city!

There aren't a ton of great brunch and coffee options that are open on Mondays downtown, so this place is a lifesaver! Staff is very friendly and patient. Everything I've tried here has been delicious and very well priced. A drink and sandwich usually costs the same- if not less than- getting the same thing at Dunkin (and they taste way better).

Giving two stars because their food is really good, but I am super disappointed with today’s experience. My coworkers and I order from here frequently, but after today, I’m not sure we will be ordering from them again. I placed a DoorDash order and when the delivery driver arrived, I realized it was the wrong order. I’m not sure who’s responsible for that, the store or the driver , but ok, no big deal. The driver went back to the store to get the correct order. Surprise, surprise , my order was no longer there. They would not remake my order because they claimed there can’t be a duplicate order in the system so I had to cancel my order . DoorDash wouldn’t refund me either and wouldn’t let me cancel my order. So I wasn’t getting my food or my money back. I finally got DoorDash to refund my money and went to reorder my food but all of a sudden scratch bakes was no longer open in DoorDash even though they close at 4. They didn’t even answer their phone when DoorDash tried to reach out to them. The whole thing was ridiculous. I have worked in restaurants who used DoorDash and we would just remake the incorrect order no problem. You can’t tell me that they couldn’t just remake the exact order that I already paid for. They had their money, they just refused to accommodate a mistake on their part. Too bad, because their salads are great but this makes me not want to give them my business.
