Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The restaurant delivered the wrong order, and when I contacted them to correct the mistake, they refused to replace it with the correct order. Customer service was unhelpful and did not take responsibility for the error. I expected a better response and solution. I hope the restaurant improves its order accuracy and customer service in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

ad an amazing experience at Scratch Restaurant! Everything we ordered was delicious from start to finish. The burger was juicy and full of flavor, the pizza had fresh ingredients with a perfect crust, and the pasta was rich and creamy. Their sweets were also outstanding and the perfect way to end the meal. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and high quality food overall.
