Quite literally the only cocktail bar in Draper if you're a cocktail aficionado. They make the classics fantastic and also the obscure cocktails that aren't widely known but appreciated for their preparation of tinctures, syrups and adjuncts that are labor intensive for the home craft cocktail maker. Stopped by last night after a coworker told me a bartender here makes the best drinks in the state. He wasn't wrong... "Mr. Tom" knew his stuff. Just let him make you something and go from there. itwas slow and he answered all my questions about his creations. Drinks were balanced, bold, and mostly things I'd never had. I wish I lived closer! Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

CAUTION! - My mistake... this place just charged my card a second time. 4 drinks and two appetizers was $120. I think its the fact that they just hit my bank account arbitrarily a second time is a deal breaker for me. CAUTION! Service is outstanding (thanks to a young man named Jess. Thank you). Casual but modern atmosphere. Unique and tasty drinks. Fun nosh menu. Super cold water in a giant jar with little metal cups. Analog audio system. Had a great visit will be going back for sure. Great value and for all that we had it didn’t hurt my wallet :). Thanks Seabird. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
