Fuimos a comer con mi mujer, se lo habían recomendado. Le dijeron que el dueño era chef de ritz de paris. Fuimos con mucha ilusión, pero lamentablemente NO nos gusto. Comimos 2 platos principales, nada del otro mundo, con 2 copas de vino. Normal tirando a malo los platos. Gastamos €75. No volveria. Buena atencion, lugar chico, mala musica. Another wonderful meal at Seb'on. Each time we go, the tastes are unique and delicious. Tonight I had the epaule d'agneau entrée with lamb confit, barley risotto, crisp filo and middle eastern spices. Wow! The textures and flavors, savory, crunchy, rich and a hint of sweetness. One of the best things I've had in this trip. We both had ocean trout for the main, in a fluff of crustacean sauce with olives and pimentos. My dessert was plum clafoutis with vanilla ice cream, whipped marscapone and tart plum sauce. The restaurant was busy but the service was good. The server recommended wine that matched our taste. We were leisurely and enjoyed the courses at our own paces. We will come back again.
