Sad! Very Rude and unprofessional staff, bad customer service. The staff can't be bothered listening to customers & filling out their orders correctly or being polite during the process. The cashier was impatient & seemed annoyed she had to work with the public. The barista had the same bad attitude. Neither would listen & screwed up the orders. The Manager should hire individuals who don't actually resent their jobs or working in service industry with paying public. The Owner/ Manager should utilize secret shoppers & weed out the bad apples. There are other people who would gratefully take their places. We love Second Cup but we will never go to this one again.

We had been here several times couple years ago for a conference but this time the experience was very different. The previous experiences were 4-5 stars with the drinks and service this time was very bad. The register person did not have anyone in line except for us and when we were ordering she had a very nonchalant attitude. We ordered 3 drinks and a dessert brownie. It felt like they were being forced to do their job. After the drinks came the barista put them out and forget whipped cream and when asked she was kind of mad fOr being asked. After we got the 3rd drink their was a small piece of hair on the foam and foam was also suppose to have been whipped cream in this cup as well. When my wife asked she said it was not hair and got mad. We waited several minutes and finally my wife asked me to go and ask about the drink because she was afraid to ask them for it. When I finally went and asked she said she did not make it and I joking said you must have forgotten and she looked at as though she wanted to say no I did not. Anyways she mad the drink not happily. I hope they were having a bad day and things will get better soon.
