It was going to be a good experience after long day of walking but straight to 1 star due to poor service. My husband’s order was wrongly sent to the wrong table and that customer already ate it. The staff did not come to us to apologize, to explain how much longer it would take to cook a new one, or to offer us options. They just kept silent. Please handle with care next time Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Our nasi goreng took +/-40 mins to reach our table even though only 2@3 tables are occupied. I think they have just cooked the rice. The worst part is the waitresses delivered it to our table with not even an apologetic smile. Face sour & no "sorry". I think owner should at least remind your staff to smile a bit. POORLY HYGIENE AND SERVICES!!! Very disappointed with my recent visit to Secret Recipe Kuah. Here’s what happened: Found a baby snail on my salad — no apology from staff. Said they would replace the salad but returned the same plate with the salad removed. Requested a gravy top-up on the meal, but they brought a bowl of gravy and charged extra. Side salad was plain, missing the usual lemon dressing like other branches. Golden Chicken was overly fried and not enjoyable. Incomplete cutlery on the table — had to ask several times. Staff were unfriendly and didn’t smile despite polite requests. Mopping started near our table while we were still eating, before closing time (not yet 10pm). As a loyal Secret Recipe customer, this was very disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and improves food hygiene, staff attitude, and overall service at this branch.
