Very disappointed..I attended this Midsommar-themed event as part of a group of three, and unfortunately, for $150 per person, the experience was extremely underwhelming and significantly overpriced. To begin with, there was confusion regarding seating arrangements. Less than a minute after being seated, another guest approached our table claiming we were in their assigned seats. We were then directed back to the floor manager, who informed us that the seating chart had been mixed up. This could have been avoided with a more organized check-in process, such as assigning seats by name rather than relying solely on table numbers. The beverage service was also disappointing. Drink portions were inconsistent, with the same cocktails being served in different-sized glasses. Additionally, the amount of alcohol provided was minimal—essentially one very small infused vodka drink shared between three people. My biggest issue, however, was the handling of dietary restrictions. I clearly indicated during ticket registration that I am vegetarian, yet it appeared that none of the staff were aware of this. On multiple occasions, I was presented with meat dishes. When I raised the issue with the event manager—a gentleman with a dark beard and man bun—his initial response felt dismissive and defensive. I was assured that I would receive my meal and told, “Of course you’re going to get your meal,” when my concern was simply that everyone else had already been served while I was left waiting?? When my vegetarian meal finally arrived, it was incredibly disappointing. Aside from two small vegetarian meatballs that had been cut in half, there were no meaningful vegetarian alternatives provided for either the starter or main course. Instead, I was left sharing a small serving of boiled potatoes and cold green beans among three people. I was also told additional salad would be brought out to accommodate my dietary needs, but that never happened. Throughout the evening, it also became apparent that the catering team had run out of several menu items. Some guests received eggs with their meals while others did not. Dessert ran out entirely. Instead, we were served a random plate of macarons dipped in a partially melted Italian ice-style sorbet, which felt completely disconnected from the advertised Swedish/Midsommar theme. Overall, the portion sizes were shockingly small. Even my friends, who eat meat, commented on how little food was served. The salad portions didn’t even cover half of the plate and appeared to prioritize decoration over substance, with flowers taking up a significant amount of space. While the catering staff themselves were friendly and doing their best, the overall event management left much to be desired. At roughly 40 guests paying $150 each, I’m guessing the event generated maybe $6,000 in ticket revenue. At that price point, it seems reasonable to expect organizers to honor dietary requirements, provide adequate portions, and ensure there is enough food and drink available for all attendees. Unfortunately, we left still hungry, disappointed, and feeling that the experience fell far short of its price tag. I would not recommend spending $150 on this event in its current form. They want to keep it a secret because if we all talked about it then everyone would know it's a rip-off. Went here with 3 friends for a vampire-themed dinner, and we all left hungry and disappointed. Two of us were vegetarians (and had told them this when we reserved), and they kept bringing us meat dishes which we had to send back, and once we got the veg dishes they were literally just the veggies that were on the side for the meat-eaters. even the two of us who ate meat were very disappointed, though. Cocktails were whatever, food was bad, service was confused and at times rude. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian options: Not good

This was an incredibly disappointing experience overall and I do not recommend anyone waste their money on one of these dining events. My partner and I dined at their ‘Valentina’s’ Valentine’s Day concept, and the entire evening was totally subpar. For $150 per person, we were served 6 small plates that were shared between the two of us. We didn’t even get our own plates? For $150 per person, I expected my own personal small plates, especially since I opted for a gluten-free menu option. My partner had to settle for substitutions even though he purchased his own ticket that did not specify a modification. On top of this, there was practically zero communication from any of the wait staff who came to our table to ‘serve’ us - they simply came, placed the food down and walked away. Similar to the staff, my partner and I were speechless. There was no explanation of what we were given to eat with the tasting, and for 2 of the courses, I was served gluten items, and for 3, my partner was served alcoholic beverages (even though he chose the mocktail option with this ticket purchase). Thank god I’m not allergic to gluten or that my partner is not an alcoholic, or it would have been devastating. Other than being asked for the secret ‘code’ to be seated, there was no explanation of the evening, theme, or again, food - it was very apparent that the people working the event had no idea what they were doing and had no direction for the evening. I rated the atmosphere 2 stars because you were in a (somewhat dilapidated) church and there was a live violinist for some of the time, but the food and service definitely deserve only 1-star ratings. My partner and I had to come home and cook food because we were still hungry after the meal. I actually can’t believe the company feels that a $300 meal is simply 6 small, shared tasting plates with cocktail/mocktail pairings that were essentially less than half the size of a regular drink each. The courses were a puréed cauliflower dip (served with GF crackers because of my dietary option; they didn’t even offer the focaccia bread to my partner who isn’t GF), a carpaccio with Lay’s potato chips, basic pasta marinara with one meatball, a radicchio salad, duck with asparagus, and a ‘tiramisu’ that was two ladyfingers with mascarpone cream on top. It was all very average. Does that sound like $300 worth of food? Do yourself a favor and get yourself a worthwhile meal at a nice restaurant instead (for probably less money).
