Service was horrible. The lady who ended up being our waitress, I guess was the manager and acted like it was an inconvenience that we showed up. There was only one other table at the time. Food, ehh, we we're starving. Hard pass! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70

Terrible customer service over the phone found this gorgeous location and called to inquire about the business and even asked for the owner and was greeted with nasty hospitality over the phone! Call was less than 1 minute of her time im appauled.... I couldn't even finish to get the question out! Won't be coming here if this how customers are treated not even in person imagine the service if i showed up first to spend money.... won't be bringing my workers to this establishment for a business dinner...like originally planned.... Service: 1

First time to Segari’s and WOW was I pleasantly surprised! The gumbo as 5 star with great flavors permeating throughout! The filet mignon was prepared perfectly and hit the spot!!! Angela did a great job and I look forward to returning for a cocktail in the near future!
