Beautiful setting under the arch in the old town! Owner/waiters were so welcoming and helpfuland the food was delicious! We shared grilled halloumi (the best we’ve ever had!) and a Greek salad to start and I had grilled salmon (2 fillets!!) grilled vegetables and some tasty rice and hubby had grilled prawns - both were spot on perfect! The setting is stunning - flowers above your head and pretty lights glowing as dusk appears. Right next to the Ancient Agora Archeological grounds. One if our favourite restaurants here! Thank you for a lovely evening Price per person: €35–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Select Restaurant Cafe, nestled near the ancient agora and other historical wonders in Kos City, proved to be a delightful find during our visit to Kas Island. The location alone is a testament to the rich history of the area, with ancient ruins as its backdrop. Upon entering, we were greeted by the friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The restaurant’s outdoor seating area allowed us to enjoy the pleasant Mediterranean climate while taking in the historical ambiance. The setting, with its view of the ancient agora, was the ideal backdrop for a memorable dining experience. Whether you’re a history enthusiast or simply seeking a charming atmosphere, Select Restaurant Cafe delivers on both fronts. In summary, Select Restaurant Cafe on Kas Island is a hidden gem for those looking to combine history, Mediterranean flavors, and warm hospitality. It’s a must-visit for anyone exploring the historical wonders of Kos City. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: €35–40
