If you visit Şen Balık, trying the sardines wrapped in vine leaves is a must! The slight acidity of the leaves pairs beautifully with the rich, fresh sardine. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and served with great hospitality. 10/10 experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₺200–400

Visited Sen Balikci with my family. From the very beginning it felt like you’re eating in someone’s home. Skewered sardines were cooked right in front of us over coal while the owner played with our kid, and even gave him a souvenir to take him. We were searching for a seafood restaurant and what we found far exceeded our expectations. The owner is so friendly and really made us feel welcome. Loved everything about this place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
