Vietnamese restaurant in Bankstown. I have mixed feelings about this place. Beef Pho - overall, the seasoning and taste was there. The broth was flavourful and there was PLENTY of rice noodles. Unfortunately the brisket pieces were just too thick, not that tender and all had quite a lot of chewy cartilaginous bits as you can tell in the picture. Some pieces had huge chunks of fat which does not make for a great mouth feel. Basically there was a lot of stuff on the brisket except for brisket meat. The rare beef had a slight gamey smell. I will admit they provided a decent amount of rare beef in that one. We also had the blood sausage but unfortunately I was just not a fan of the pork intestine (the pork blood filling was alright though). Maybe a redeeming item was the avocado coconut smoothie which was thick, had dried coconut pieces for texture, and had a great super creamy texture with strong coconut flavour as well as strong avocado flavours. I have to say this had the best coconut flavour of any shake I have had. The spring rolls were pretty flavourful and crunchy. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner

Highly recommend this! What a hidden gem. If you love liver/ offal, this is perfect. That pork offal congee was gold! The spring roll was fantastic, so good we ordered another one to go. Def will be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in
