I think it's a famous restaurant famous for its fried manju. The deep-friedness and not-too-sweet sugar coating are a perfect balance. It seemed like it was a pre-order business and there were no sales on the day, so I made a reservation and visited the next day to purchase it. There are two types, one with sugar coating and one without, and it seems that many people buy the sugar coating. It's so delicious that you'll want to eat it again.
