Everything is great except for it's way too salty! I feel like it's 3x salty then normal. Without this issue I'll give 5 star I think because the quality is top notch!

I've had some positive experiences ordering from the Unfurl kitchen at this location, so thought I'd try out this place's taco offerings. While tasty, the carne asada taco may hit you as a surprise - I found the flavor profile to remind me a bit of a Reuben sandwich, since there were chewy beef cubes, and a mayo-based cabbage and carrot slaw. The addictive green sauce (which I suspect unfurl also gives with their breakfast burritos) adds a refreshing kick. A bit of microwaving improved the texture and flavor of the beef, such that the beef fat and mayo are then well balanced with the pickled onions. Altogether, I'm curious to try more of the more out-there tacos on menu here

I got some serious craving for tacos lately, so ordered carne asada from this shop. The entrance took me a bit to find since it's in an alley. The taco was good quite generous on the meat. But I would say these are not like the ones I had before, no salsa or lime, no pico de gallo either. The carrots can be shredded thinner or pickled a little longer I think.

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, these are not your typical street tacos. Our take is fusion oriented, hence the Chimichurri on the carne asada tacos. I do hope you'll taste some of the other tacos.
