It is a standout among Yakiniku restaurants in Tsukuba City. The quality of the meat is excellent and always consistent. I can see why it's popular. I think there are very few yakiniku restaurants that can compete with this restaurant. Even when it's busy, your order will be delivered to your seat in no time, so it's perfect for those who don't have much time. The employees are cool and pleasant. The operation is great. [Added December 2024] The quality of the meat is still good. However, the garlic was too strong and the flavor lingered on the tongue for a long time after the meal. It is best to avoid meeting other people after eating. I don't remember my garlic being this strong before, and that's why I haven't gone out for a while. The meat may be seasoned with a sauce containing a large amount of garlic to bring out the flavor. It feels very artificial. [Added in January 2025: Final] On the evening of the New Year's holiday, I went out for the first time in a while. The store was more than 80% full at 4pm, and there was a line forming by the time we left. You can see how popular it is. Senryu's unique characteristic is that the meat has a very strong aftertaste, and it lingers in your mouth until the next morning. It doesn't change even if you don't use the sauce. And this time, the meat was so hard that I couldn't eat it. I chose the "Kalbi" with less fat, but it was too tough. The higher grades have a lot of fat and are tough, so I purposely chose this one. There are concerns that the store is so crowded and popular that it is putting a strain on operations. The quality and flavor of the egg soup has deteriorated compared to before, and the rice is not as tasty either.The only thing that was delicious was the Chinese cabbage kimchi. This is great. I felt like I didn't have to go anymore because it was so crowded and the place had lost its former quality. Once or twice a year, it's much better to eat at Toraji's Tsukuba branch, which has higher prices. Toraji's meat can sometimes be tough, but it's not this hard and it's quiet.
