Fantastic place by the view, the food and the service. I can only recommend this place whether for lunch or dinner. Also very serious when it’côes to allergies, my son being coeliac. At the end, we even got complimentary sorbets and coffee! Price per person: ₺1,800–2,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve stopped at Sentez Rooftop restaurant for a quick bite because I saw some newspapers writing about it. The place is brand new and is located in a hotel erected over an ancient (1,200 years old!) cistern and is ideal if you’re into Turkish cuisine with a twist and would like to enjoy it with a view. I had an eggplant with tahini and a shrimp fritter, and a glass of Emir (one of many Turkish grapes, their wine list is also centered around local wines). The food was to die for! Great service as well. Last two pics show the interior of the other restaurant located on the bottom of this very hotel. Price per person: ₺1,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
