We want to address a few points you mentioned: Regarding the request for side dish refills, we regret any confusion that may have arisen. Our staff are trained to promptly refill side dishes upon request. However, if a customer simply lifts their empty dish without explicitly asking for a refill, it can sometimes lead to miscommunication. Therefore, our staff were trying to clarify by asking a question whether to assume your request base on your action. In response to your concerns about cleanliness, we take hygiene very seriously and have conducted a thorough review of our cleaning processes. Our team has diligently inspected our grill stocks to ensure they meet our standards. While we await a new shipment of grills, we have taken extra measures to ensure that all grills are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to provide the best possible dining experience. As a gesture of goodwill, our staff also provided complimentary appetizers during your dining experience as a courtesy.
