I decided to give 4 stars because the food was good anyway and I want to think that being the first of the year, the waitresses were still getting over the hangover of the New Year, but unfortunately I reluctantly have to note a truly terrible service! First of all, as soon as I arrived, I absolutely had to go to the bathroom, a gentleman tells me that the bathroom is occupied and that I have to wait in line... ok... after 30 minutes of useless waiting, we all start to wonder if someone is on the other side of the door had just died, in the end it turns out that the bathroom was simply closed and that all you had to do was ask for the keys.... but I say...but you employee who sees customers waiting and pissing themselves, but wouldn't it be better to take action instead of pretending nothing happened? Oh well, in the end we ordered some slices of cake and some cake, cakes arrived but none arrived, after a very kind reminder they remembered us and we managed to enjoy our tea.
