Primero de todo dejar claro que es la segunda vez que vengo a este lugar y que quizá casualmente en estas dos veces han tenido ¿pico de trabajo? Por llamarlo de alguna manera. La primera vez viene a desayunar sobre las 9am. Poca gente en el local. Servicio perfecto, me pido “power breakfast” y un americano. Tod bien si no fuera porque el “power breakfast” era simplemente un bol con dos cucharadas de yogur griego, 4 granolas y un poco de fruta… me quedé con power para poco rato… Lo bueno y de aquí mi reseña, siempre constructiva. Segundo día en la misma semana, vengo a desayunar sobre las 10.30am. Al llegar el local está lleno lleno de gente, hago cola, pido un “açaí bowl” y un americano. El americano llega volando, todo genial. Espero y espero. Después de casi 40 minutos de espera llega mi “açaí bowl”. El camarero me comenta que no sabe porqué pero que estaba ready hacía rato pero que por algún motivo hubo confusión y este se había quedado en la barra esperando. Acabo comiéndome (porque me lo acabé) un “bowl” a temperatura ambiente, todo desecho, sin sabor a nada y lo mismo que en el anterior desayuno. 4 granolas y 4 trozos de plátano… Local súper guapo, gente súper guapa, pero sabe mal decir que no es oro todo lo que reluce. Seguro que si vuelvo un tercer día todo será perfecto, pero ya vuelvo hoy para casa. Espero volver a probar suerte próxima vez. Cabe decir que el americano y los camamer@s parecen buena gente. DIRTY AND OILY CUTLERY AND RUDE ATTITUDE! One of the worst experience in a restaurant! Initially, nobody came to the table for 10 minutes, so we switched it. After that, we went to another table, closer to them and somebody spot us, finally. After I ordered, I was wanted to eat but, the spoon was DIRTY, with PIECES OF FOOD on it, GREESY and the attitude was very rude and unprofessional. I was asking for another spoon, was coming in the same condition, but with a little bit less food on it. I went inside, asking for a clean one, and one of the girls told me that she can do nothing because they are old. An old metal spoon is not a big of a deal unless is DIRTY and OILY. No woman from that place saw something wrong with this, instead they looked at me with a hostile attitude. I took a wooden one instead to get rid of this problem, because apparently, there is no problem with leftovers from others on my spoon. After this, I checked the knife from my friend’s side, and it was the SAME!!! I was wanted to talk with the manager, and she told me that “yes, they are dirty but we can do nothing about this”. She is not a manager, maximum a boss. I asked her if I can talk with the owner or somebody higher than her, but she denied. Still my mind can comprehend the fact that only women works there, and nobody spot this situation and treated with disrespect and very unprofessional. Also, the prices are high for what they are delivering. A metal sponge is 1€ and 10 spoons are less than 5€. According to your page, the business is looking nice, but in reality, is only cheap talk. It was my first and last visit and for my friend it was the last one. Also, from two ladies who spoke with me, none said “sorry” or anything like that. Hi Robert, we take your feedback very seriously. We want to inform you about our cutlery. At Served we find hygiene very important and everything goes through a very hot dishwasher. After this, the cutlery is polished. As we can see in your picture this should have been done more thoroughly, we will look into this with our team. In hospitality cutlery gets used a lot, thank you for your understanding. We have restocked immediately with new items. Sometimes during busy moments the service can take a little bit longer but our hard working team of women and men always aim to provide the best service and quality.
