I had this wonderful ramen at Salt Ramen Specialty Hirugao in Aqua City Odaiba, and it was truly unforgettable. The moment the bowl arrived, the aroma itself made me smile — warm, rich, and full of comfort. The soup had a deep, flavorful taste with just the right amount of spice, giving it a beautiful balance between lightness and richness. Each sip felt soothing and satisfying. The noodles were thin and smooth, cooked perfectly to soak up the delicious broth. The chashu was soft and tender, melting in my mouth, and the seaweed added a nice savory touch. I loved the combination of flavors — simple, clean, but full of soul. The atmosphere of the restaurant was calm and welcoming. Sitting by the counter, watching the steam rise from the bowls and hearing the quiet sounds of ramen being prepared, I felt peaceful and happy.
