If you’re looking for a polished, high-end lounge, keep driving—but if you want an authentic, no-frills dive bar with soul, The Settle is exactly where you need to be. I mean "dive vibe" in the absolute best way possible. You know you’ve found a local haunt. It’s the kind of place where regulars are lined up at the bar rail, chatting and enjoying a smoke. It feels lived-in, welcoming, and completely unpretentious. Pricing: They have excellent cheap draught specials that are hard to beat in the area. The Team: Despite the rugged exterior, the service was top-notch. The waitress was incredibly polite and attentive, making sure everyone was taken care of. For a dive, they have a surprisingly great variety of drink options. They offer your typical bar fare—solid, reliable options that hit the spot when you're a few drinks in. $10 for a decent personal pizza. No need to circle the block; there is plenty of parking available. It’s perfectly situated for travelers, being very close to the Pittsburgh Airport hotels. It’s a great escape from the sterile feel of a hotel lobby. Take an Uber since it's not walker friendly. A classic, smoky neighborhood gem. Whether you're a local or just staying near the airport for the night, it’s a great spot for a cheap beer and friendly conversation. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: $10–20
