This is the 6th location we have been to, 2 on Oahu, 2 in Utah, and the 2nd in AZ. A family favorite that reminds us of Oahu. This one was ON POINT. Hawaiian atmosphere, and GREAT food! The fries here are large, thick, and very unique, I love them. The burger I get is the Paniolo, Hawaiian roll, grilled pineapple, amazing onion rings with house and Hawaiian bbq sauce. The coconut shrimp are awesome, and you have to try the banana bread sundae! Seating is kinda limited and it’s back in the corner next to Cafe Rio. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wife and I ordered a small fry. They were great. Ordered a large due them being so good. They were really good however, they didn't season the fries as well as the small. Just not as evenly seasoned. But they were still really good. We ate quite a few fries before we took the photo of the large fry (sorry). Wife had the Shem which guacamole, bacon, caramelized onions. She said it was a 4 out of 5. Patty was too "thin". Keep in mind they were smash burgers. Mine was the teriyaki with pineapple and bacon. I had a double patty. It was the best teriyaki burger I have had. Meat was juicy and everything worked well together. Usually the pineapple or teriyaki sauce is too overpowering. We both thought the bun was really good. 5 of 5 for me on that burger. I'll definitely come back.

If you’re craving a next-level burger, Seven Brothers Burgers in SanTan is definitely worth the stop. The menu is super unique with a Hawaiian-inspired twist, and everything feels fresh and made with care. The burgers are big, juicy, and loaded with flavor — you can tell they don’t hold back on toppings. The Paniolo-style burgers are a must-try, especially if you like that sweet and savory combo. The fries are different from your typical fast food spot — more like thick-cut chips — but they’re seasoned really well and hit the spot. The vibe is chill and laid-back, and the staff is friendly even when it gets busy. Just a heads up, it can get packed during peak hours, but the food is worth the wait. Overall, great spot if you want something different from the usual burger joints.
