Atmosphere is extremely loud and disturbing; Toilets are in bad condition with unbearable odour; Unorganised service leading to longer waiting times even when the restaurant is not full; we (a table of 4 people) had to wait 40 minutes for our order. We were compensated with a complimentary salad, papad and a sweet. Food: Cauliflower manchurian and Peshwari Naan were good. Veg fried rice had burnt smell with burnt pieces of broccoli. Curries were very average. Garlic Naan was average. We also got a discount of 5% from the bill for the delays. It was a negative experience overall and would not visit again. Service & food along with some friends makes this place an awesome experience. A great shout out to the staff, they have been friendly and very accommodating towards family oriented crowd, a must visit if you wish to have great quality time. We recently hosted our party at Shahi Dining Rouse Hill, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The party hall was perfect for our celebration — spacious, well-organised, and created a great ambience for our guests. The food was truly outstanding — authentic flavours, beautifully presented, and every dish was a hit with everyone. We received so many compliments from our guests about the taste and quality. A special mention to Balvinder for the exceptional service on the day — attentive, friendly, and always making sure everything ran smoothly.
