I’m sorry, but after this interaction and the experience itself I can’t do shake shack anymore. I arrived there wanting some cheese fries and a burger. I get my food.. tell me why I see hair in between my burger!! I go back to tell them if they can make me another one, a worker scoffs me off and said “yeah yeah okay you will need to wait 20 minutes for a new burger, because of” and does a gesture with his hand to show the line is full. Fast forward I just never get my burger and as I’m finishing my fries, why do I see a hair at the bottom of the fries I repeat AS I FINISH MY FRIES I SEE HAIR I go back to just try to get my money back and show them the pictures I had taken. I get my money back in the end but it’s wasnt even about the money it’s principle!! It’s just the fact that yall would be hiring anyone at this point, the way the workers handle food without gloves and the way they treat customers, like just please do your job omg. Management please do better.. because what. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely awful experience. The food was bad, the service was even worse, and the employees were unprofessional the entire time. Orders were sloppy and it felt like no one cared at all. I won’t be coming back. Whoever is managing this location is clearly not doing a good job. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
