Excelente la hamburguesa Shack, las papas fritas son de regular calidad, las bebidas que ofrecen son de sabor muy artificial.

I was talked into trying Shake Shack by friends who confidently claimed, “It’s better than Five Guys.” Those same friends now owe me lunch as reimbursement for emotional damages. For the prices they charge, I expected premium quality. Instead, it felt more like I paid theme-park prices for food that tasted like it graduated from the frozen aisle at a grocery store. The service didn’t help either. We got the text saying our food was ready and would be brought to the table then apparently our food decided to take a scenic route because it took another 15 minutes. Compared to Five Guys, it just wasn’t close for me. No self-serve drink refills, fries that were hard and generic, and the burger simply wasn’t delivering that “I’ll be back here next week” feeling. For the amount I spent, I expected better quality and a better experience. Instant buyer’s remorse. I wanted a Shack experience and got more of a “should’ve stayed in the car” experience. I loved Shake Shack’s bacon cheese fries, they’re so good and I order them every time I go! They’re cheesy, crunchy, crispy, and overall so flavorful. Definitely a #1,10/10 item. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
