Great food and customer service. Only complaint was the price of the food. Kind of expensive but everything is in the airport so I’ll give them a pass on that. Overall, 5-Star burger especially the fries. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I wanted to see what all the hype was about, but unfortunately Shake Shack just wasn’t a winner for me. The burger was freshly made, but it simply wasn’t flavorful or well-seasoned. I actually prefer a Wendy’s burger over this one. The famous Red Eye Shake tasted very artificial to me, and the crinkle-cut fries were some of the driest, most unseasoned fries I’ve ever had. The bright spot was the customer service. The staff was friendly, and my order was prepared fresh, so I definitely appreciate that. I may give Shake Shack another chance when they open in Grand Rapids and try a different menu item, but based on this visit, I just don’t understand all the hype—or the long lines. Just my honest experience. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered a regular double shack burger thinking that could be quick. Waited for 30 minutes and then they said were having grill pan issues. Asked for refund as my flight was boarding already. They need a big improvement on their kitchen to roll things faster. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
