Nick decides to give me ice cold food and no lid on mac n cheese. Never will I go there again actually got sick after 3 bites of food. Management or owner needs to retrain Nick in the evening time playing too much. I thought with all the hype that this was going to be good. Was worst ever for bbq baby back rib sandwich why was I given something cold and man n cheese looked like it had been sitting for hours. There was no one in parking lot or drive up. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered 2 single burgers and was very disappointed. The burger was burnt literally to a crisp, and the bun was mashed. The lettuce, tomato, special sauce was missing. The wait was long in the drive through, but the wait would have been fine if the food was at least average. For $31 spent should have gone anywhere else. Will not go back. Price per person: $30–40

We visited for a late lunch. SS has been in Lee's Summit for 3-4 years, maybe longer. Due to the high prices that were reported on socials we just weren't that interested. We were fumbling around with where to eat on a Saturday afternoon and landed on a never visited SS. First visit, was a little confusing. Kiosks AND a register with an unmanned counter. We placed our order on the kiosk which was fairly smooth for a first-time user. We tried the pump ketchup out of the ketchup dispensers but both of them were empty, I asked an employee for some ketchup or to refill the ketchup and he delivered ketchup packets, no big deal that was a great solution. The trash was completely overfilled and we were unable to empty our trash from our trays into the trash can. The worker appeared overwhelmed but was doing the best he could. They appeared understaffed. The burger was completely average. This is an average burger but touted as a premium burger as suggested by the price point. The tots were good. The service person was nice, but overwhelmed. The restaurant was overrun with full trashcans, and took around 25 minutes to get one burger and an order of tots. This was our 1st and last visit to the ridiculously over-priced burger joint. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
