I am a regular Shake Shack customer and used to live in Abu Dhabi, where I frequently enjoyed Shake Shack, so I know very well what the food should taste like. Unfortunately, my experience at the Boulevard City Riyadh branch was very disappointing. When my order was served, the French fries were extremely dry and seemed to consist mostly of short broken pieces rather than the usual full-length fries. It honestly felt like I was given the leftovers from the bottom of the fries container. In addition, the cheese sauce had an unusual smell and was much thicker than normal. It did not taste fresh and was completely different from the quality I have experienced at other Shake Shack locations. This was far below the standard I expect from Shake Shack. I hope the management pays closer attention to food quality and consistency, as this experience was very disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
