I was disappointed with my experience at Shake Shack. The self-ordering kiosk was not working properly, and the condiment station for ketchup and mayonnaise was not available. I had to ask for them myself, and the way it was handled was very poor. The tables were dirty and had leftover food on them, so I had to ask the staff to clean a table before I could sit. The food itself was good, but the overall service, cleanliness, and attention to customers were clearly neglected. I expected a much better experience from Shake Shack.
