Terrible experience eating shake shack double shack burger yesterday , I ordered it through talabat ! The fries came with chopped jalapeños.. which was most likely contaminated! I had severe stomach issues all night ! Meal type: Lunch Food: 1

We ordered smoke shack burger and chicken shack and they were excellent The meat taste in the burger was so tasty and very fresh. I also ordered regular fries for 1.5 KD which is a bit expensive. Otherwise the overall experience was great. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: KWD 1–5 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The experience was truly wonderful. The place looked very clean, well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.Johana at the counter was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. She warmly welcomed us and patiently explained all the ongoing promotions and menu details with a pleasant attitude. The food right on time, fresh, and delicious. The ambiance was relaxing, hygienic, there is space upstairs and outside seating, open 24/7 perfect for enjoying a quality dining experience. Overall, it was a very satisfying visit with excellent customer service, great hospitality, and good food. Definitely a place worth visiting again and highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant dining experienc. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
