Absolutely amazing experience. They were not opened when we arrived but opened the door and allowed us to order so long. Was so nice to see a business wanting to do business and appreciating customers. Will definitely recommend. The sweet and sour pork is oily and horrible. Phoned the restaurant to complain and no effort was made to rectify, got a poor "sorry".

First time ordering from Shan Rice, and to be honest I'm not sure if I'll order again. I didn't get any cutlery with my order, and I didn't have the extra soya sauce I ordered as it all spilled out in the bag. It ended up being a very messy meal Other than the abovementioned, the food was really tasty, I absolutely love Wonton Soup and this one was on the bland side. The Chicken Pineapple was excellent though. For someone traveling the entire day you look forward to a warm meal when you reach your final destination, however the meal was warm and freshly made I am still hungry. Please make your portions a bit bigger Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other
