My wife placed a to go order for ribs to highlight our Memorial day gathering. Unfortunately the food quality was substantially deficient. The ribs we received were tough and rubbery. Some of the order was undercooked with redness still visible. We were only able to make use of your product after cooking them appropriately. Whoever is responsible for cooking your ribs needs further instructions on appropriately determining doneness by internal measurements. I am not sure if the membrane was completely removed from the order we received, but they were too tough. Tobe readily eaten. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2

Yall have really stepped your game up. For the past 3 months I have been eating here the food is hot, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. I’ve been craving this stuff at least twice a week. Great job! Right now yall have the best bbq in town. Period! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm pretty sure this is an excellent place . They had ran out of barbecue chicken. Not a pork eater. It's understandable. It was veterans Day November 11,2023 . Thanks Shane's Rib Shack for Honoring the military ️. God bless. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other
