Ven a Shanghai Express y haz un intermedio para pedir su casero pollo frito, su perfectamente elaborado arroz frito con pollo o su singular pollo a la naranja. Went in for dinner tonight. Its definitely not a fancy place but the service was incredible. We ordered the four season beef dinners and wow it was so much food for the price!! One thing I really liked is that the rice wasn't oily at all which is typical at Chinese places. The food came out very fast and I was only able to eat half of it so we took home a to-go box with basically a full meal in it for later. We'll definitely be back. Price per person: $10–20 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

Collinsville, you have an absolute RARE GEM here. Stopped in for a quick snack, had the fried dumplings, which were absolute perfection in the sauce! Also had the wontons, which were crispy, fluffy in the middle and delicious in the sweet and sour sauce, which I typically don't use, but this sauce was so savory and sweet I couldn't resist plunging the entire wonton! The snack was so good, had to get a chicken and mushroom over lo mein to go, which was a very pleasant surprise later. So jealous of you, Collinsville! Wish I lived closer!!! The food was really good and fresh cooked to order. My sister, brother, Dad, both nieces and a fiance, all met up there from Tulsa and Oolagah. Some family members have eaten there in the past and wanted all of us to have our special dinner at Shanghai Express. They were pretty busy on a wed so that's a good sign that they have a lot of regulars. Professional yet down home friendly. The owner was so kind to come out and thank us for our business and she remembered my sister from way back. Excellent from start to finish and a 5 star review all day!
