I have ordered from here at least 10 times. Food quantity and quality changes drastically. Sometimes great sometimes not. In my last order, they did not prepare my takeout order I placed online and forgot about it, only starting to prepare it after I came and reminded them of my order. The food they prepared was super lackluster, the amount of food in the wrap this time is so low that it caves in and falls apart. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

This was honestly very disappointing. As someone familiar with real shawarma, this is not it. The meat was dry, there was no proper garlic sauce inside, and they added ketchup which completely ruined the flavor with unnecessary sweetness. On top of that, any customization requests were ignored and everything was thrown in anyway. If you know what authentic shawarma tastes like, you’ll likely be disappointed. Shawarma Shack is hands down one of the best places for shawarma in town. The meat is always juicy and full of flavor, and the wraps are perfectly made with fresh ingredients. The portion sizes are satisfying, and everything tastes consistent every time I visit. It’s a simple spot, but the quality really stands out. If you’re craving a really good shawarma, this place is definitely worth it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
