They always make everything fresh and they’re always very friendly. I’ve been there dozens of times. I always order the buzz mixed veggie sandwich which has falafel veggie and fries in it and it’s vegan. and I love that they include fries in the sandwich. They also have free purified water and really clean bathrooms and the parking is free and easy. Definitely five stars. Believe the hype! This place is fantastic! We came based on the reviews and were not disappointed. Gyro was very flavorful and the pita bread was toasted to perfection! Quality and freshness of the ingredients was exceptional, particularly noticeable in the falafel salad which had a simple but addictive vinaigrette and some of the best falafels we have ever had with crispy outside and super flavorful inside. Simple fries were super crispy, hot and fresh. So happy we came! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Falafel salad, Greek salad. Dietary restrictions: Some vegetarian options. Greek salad should be ok for low fodmap/IBS if you avoid the hummus.

A Hidden Gem Near Discovery Park! Fantastic Food & Friendly Vibes After a long walk at Discovery Park, we stopped by Shawarma Buzz for lunch, and it was a great find! The place is super casual and welcoming, perfect for a quick dine-in or takeout. They also have convenient parking right in front. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We ordered: • Gyro Sandwich: Traditional lamb and beef with fresh tomatoes, lettuce, cucumbers, and creamy tzatziki in a warm, soft pita. It was perfectly balanced and delicious! • Arabic Lamb & Beef Shawarma: My husband loved this one. Wrapped in a 12" toasted tortilla with garlic and tahini sauce—it was hearty and packed with flavor. • Greek Fries: These were the star of the show! Topped with mixed spices, garlic sauce, and plenty of feta cheese. The garlic punch is addictive—you won't be able to stop eating them! Highly recommended if you're looking for generous portions, great taste, and a clean, welcoming local spot!
