Looking for two items: 1 in bakery, one in frozen. Had to request she look in cooler where they generally keep split strawberry shortcake. ( which are on sale this week).She didn't know what it was, but nonchalantly looked and said she didn't see any! Frozen item sold out. NP. Picked some cooked wings for supper. Cashier even commented how good they were. Got home, NO CHICKEN. Called store, told to come in tomorrow to replace. Apparently was left at bagging and not placed in cart as the other items were. Guess it's soup for supper. Very disappointed to say the least. Both the service desk helped me with getting the app. and the cashier was very polite and friendly.. Other employees were very friendly and helpful too. Kudos to them!

I’d like to take a moment and recognize the hard working young man Angel ,who works in the Drive Up & Go Dept. This young man is incredibly respectful and courteous, he always has a smile on his face and has wonderful customer service skills. Hard workers are hard to find these days and I hope that he is rewarded for such a consistent job well done.

Ok, So working all day stop in for FOOD.....At deli counter for 10 mins....Two others besides me waiting. No ticket machine anymore for numbered serving ? The first 5 mins standing there I can see three Shaw's employees off to the left in the back, doing whatever back there....while we stand around waiting for no one coming to help. Hey manager I GOT A TIP FOR YA. When a critical employee calls in sick or leaves early or the deli department is understaffed. YOU STAY IN THE STORE BEYOND YOUR 8HRS AND FILL IN WHERE NEEDED !!! THAT IS THE EXAMPLE A LEADER SETS FOR HIS STAFF....
