The manager on duty tonight deserves a raise. I dont care what she makes she needs a raise. The kitchen was training a new staff member i eat there often get 2 taco 3 pks. My order was made wrong by the new hire and the manager was so apologetic and kinda and fixed my order herself and made it right and did so fast. Like I said she needs a raise you don't find employees like that often.

Worst Sheetz in America. Need to step it up. This location is too busy for bad service. Why ask to dig around in my bag of food because you forgot my jelly? Sidenote: the food wasn't worth the argument.

My father and I were in a really bad accident yesterday, after being given a ride to this sheets , my father was accosted by the woman working there. she told him he couldn't wait for grandma to pick him up and he had to go wait in the freezing cold. She called the police on him too. I'm actually gonna investigate this because it is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE to treat someone like that. You will give that employee corrective action. Thank you.
