The best Sheetz of all United States is my local Sheetz. When you go to your local convenience store almost everyday and you get the same treatment and positive good energy from many different employees its because its legit, they always said welcome to Sheetz but you know what they also do, they come greet you have a small talk with you, recognize you and call you by your name even if you have not told them your name and that only come because they paying attention to good customer service. This is the best Sheetz with the best crew.

Ordered 2 hot dogs(PLAIN NOTHING ON IT) inside the store. Waited over 10 minutes because the manager stated “it’s only a girl and himselfwe are short staff” it was NOT busy in the store but the manager also stated “they were busy with delivery orders”. Why not help your kitchen staff when there is NO line at the register manager? He started being a smarty pants with his responses so I requested a refund and left. The girl frying food for “delivery orders” was not moving with no urgency and very nonchalant. It was about 6-7pm on this last Sunday and this store use to be top notch with a house full of employees wanting to work now you get what you get I seethe manager needs more training on helping his employees when “short staff” and not just standing at the register with no line and also training on providing excellent customer service and not going back and forth with the customer. When I placed my order the “ding” noise went off and the girl and manager looked at each other like”omg again” expression on their face. Do your job or go home if you don’t want to come to work to work. Simple! I will be reaching out to corporate about the managers behavior and seeing how he doesn’t help his employees when he obviously shouldjust lazy and sorry.
