Stopped in to grab a quick bite. 2 hot dogs and fries. Totally disgusting. Both hot dogs were put together in same wrapper. Huge amount of mustard in bottom of bun and huge pile of onions dumped all over-even underneath the dogs. 2/26/2026 order 988. Never again.

It's dirty, really dirty in the sales area. The floors are filthy. I came for the coffee and the bar area is always dirty. Dried coffee dried creamer on the counter The drip trays - who knows when they were washed last. The staff is friendly. That's the only positive experience. I got a bacon egg and cheese my first time eating at Sheetz. The bacon is raw and undercooked if you like crispy bacon don't order it here. The place really needs a good detailed cleaning. Maybe it looks this way because of limited labor hours? Maybe they don't have enough staff? I visited at 9:00 a.m. on the 16th. The store was busy but there's no excuse for a dirty store. Cleanliness is everything.

Food is always great, Im an insomniac that only gets tired after I eat so having a place that serves food 24/7 near my home is great. Went in tonight and found out my online order was stolen from the poorly managed mobile pickup, I kindly informed the employee that was working behind the food counter. I then got yelled and snipped at, and hey I get it I just worked today and we all have rough days, but that gives nobody a right to be so incredibly mean and disrespectful. I walked out of the store sobbing and wondering how I felt like the theft of my food was my fault? I have never been so incredibly disrespected like that here, usually the night shift employees are kind and understanding. Unfortunately this really put a damper on my usually positive experience here. Maybe driving to Waynesboro would be more worth it.
