Ven a por un sorprendente pollo si tienes hambre. De acuerdo con las opiniones de los clientes, el café es estupendo. Vas a llevarte un buen recuerdo de Sheetz, ya que es bien conocido por su gran servicio y su amable personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Been shopping at this location for about 6 yrs. Never had an issue till today. Buddy of mine was trying to purchase beer. Had manager and cashier claimed he needed a state ID or passport to purchase them. Buddy showed them 3 forms of ID including a Visa ID which is a federal ID issued by the government to cross the border. Still told him wasn't valid. So showed them my NC DL still told us they needed his ID from the state or passport. So my buddy had his passport from Mexico in his car went out there and showed it to him. I understand when your doing your job to a certain extent. But really have to show 4 IDS to purchase a 12 pack. FYI both my buddy and I where born in 89 we been at this sheetz so many times to purchase alcohol never had an issue when asked to purchase Alcohol. But today was really overboard. Especially when you act like your doing your job but not knowing how to. If you know the law states clearly any Federal, State ID or Passport is required to be shown. Which he did he showed them his Visa ID they looked at it like it was a another Mexican ID. You Need to retrain your managers and cashiers so it doesn't feel like it's a racist issue because my friend really felt like it was a racist due to him visiting the country and denying him because of them not knowing what type of IDs are valid. El gerente y el cajero afirmaron que necesitaba una identificación estatal o un pasaporte para comprarlos. Mi amigo les mostró 3 formas de identificación, incluida una identificación de Visa, que es una identificación federal emitida por el gobierno para cruzar la frontera. Todavía se le dijo que no era válido. Entonces les mostré mi NC licencia todavía nos dijeron que necesitaban su identificación del estado o pasaporte. Pero realmente tengo que mostrar 4 IDS para comprar un doce de cerveza. Y para más información, tanto mi amigo como yo nacimos en el 89. Hemos estado en este sheetz tantas veces para comprar alcohol que nunca tuve un problema. Pero hoy fue realmente demasiado Especialmente cuando actúas como si estuvieras haciendo tu trabajo pero sin saber cómo hacerlo. Si sabe que la ley establece claramente que se debe mostrar cualquier identificación federal, estatal o pasaporte. Lo cual hizo les enseñó su Identificación de Visa y la miraron como si fuera otra identificación mexicana. Necesitan volver a entrenar a sus gerentes y cajeros para que no parezca un problema racista porque mi amigo realmente sintió que era racista debido a que esta de visita en el país y lo negaron porque no sabían qué tipo de identificación son válidas.

My spouse and I visited store 492 on Sunday May 31 around 10am. I ordered a lg MTO latte and MTO breakfast sandwich. The latte was not near full even with the whipped cream. My spouse ordered 3 burger sliders. The African American lady passing the food out and drink had way too much attitude. Even though we were very nice and thanked her. When we got to our table. We noticed that we didn’t get the bacon that we paid extra for on the 3 burger sliders. I went back up and waited, waited and waited. The African American manager was making drinks and paying no attention or caring. the African American lady finally came up. I started to speak about the bacon that was missed. I never got a chance to finish my sentence but instead of apologizing for the mistake. She just grabbed the food and said” I know.”Again with attitude. She fixes the issue and just put the food on the counter. No apology. Just attitude I do not appreciate this Africa American lady attitude and entitlement especially when being very polite. I have been at this store before and she has messed up in the past. I went back to get the problem resolved and again she gave me this entitled attitude. I will never go back to a Sheetz anytime soon and never go to this store again. I don’t understand where customer service has gone with this store but it is getting worse
