Going to this Sheetz was the strangest experience I've had at any of their locations. As soon as I walked in, multiple employees were just staring at me like a deer in headlights, with one blocking the way out of the bathroom and not moving when I said "excuse me." The person in the kitchen basically threw my bag of food at me too. The only reason I'm giving two stars and not one is because the food tasted good along with the store being clean.

Amazing service here I know these guys are rushed down sometimes and it's hard to get orders and everything out but the crew 05/27/2026 around 11 am that morning was jam packed and they were still providing great service and getting orders out quick my food was hot and I appreciate that, everyone should appreciate their costumer service workers and be kind great job guys

I stopped in the store almost every day because I work over in Plum. I stopped to get an MTO with a Caesar wrap only and it took 38 minutes. They have two people that work in the kitchen. One is a manager named Adam and yet they move slower than snails. If you are trying to get to work, they move even slower. There’s no excuse that it takes this long to get food. They will literally wait until there is a crowd of about 12 people to start making orders and instead of doing what makes sense they take their sweet time little by little there’s no reason that one item should take 38 minutes to get whenever I ordered it. There were only three people standing, and this is an everyday occurrence at this place. It wouldn’t surprise me if they had bad health department numbers.
