I had a very disappointing experience at this Sheetz location. We placed our order through the Sheetz app and I went through the drive-thru to pick it up. The first employee immediately said, “Oh, you ordered it at the other location.” I called my partner to confirm, and he verified that he had ordered from this location the one closest to our house, which was exactly where I was. The employee then spoke with another staff member named JAMIE, who came to the drive-thru and again told me they didn’t have my order. She said, “We’ll check it again for the last time,” which made me feel like I was INCONVENIENCING them, even though I was simply there to pick up an order that had already been placed. After checking again, JAMIE came back and said, “Oh, I’m so sorry. We’re understaffed and I didn’t see your order.” While I understand that being understaffed can be stressful, the apology still came across with attitude, and the entire interaction felt RUDE and DISMISSIVE. I never raised my voice or complained, I simply came to pick up my online order. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. However, customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they’re a BURDEN for asking about an order that was placed correctly. I hope management addresses the customer service at this location, because a little kindness and professionalism go a long way.

Ok,.so first off it's a gas station, plenty of lumps available and plenty of parking with a drive thru for food. I side it's your typical Sheetz and it was very clean and restrooms were clean. Their coffee.selection is always good, I had the Colombian coffee and it was good. Service is good and they have express self checkouts that I used. They all seem to be run at a high level and this is what is consistent. Good job!
