You could have sworn that it was Halloween in June! The front cash register person. The person you have to deal with is a guy wearing lipstick. black lipstick. That is not something that should be representing your business up front. Many religious people are offended by that! And they have every right to be! I will not be back at your store ever!

Absolutely absurd experience tonight. I paid for two drinks on the app. When I arrived to pick them up, I was informed that the drinks I ordered are out of stock. "No problem, I'll just take 2 cokes then." Nope. Can't do it. Not only did Sheetz not allow me to just take a same price substitute, they refused to refund my money! They state it's a new company policy. They want me to call some phone number to ask for a refund. Uhhh...no. Absolute idiocy. I'll be running a chargeback with my credit card company which will cost Sheetz a $25+ admin fee whether they refund me or not. Pretty crappy policy for a company who positions itself as a family shop. I'm laughing because this just happened and I can't believe the nerve of this company.
