I Visited shell barldock on 16/12/2025, around 7 am.. and we saw staff required poster in entrance.. and we asked manger for vacancies he said there is no any vacancies and he said he forgot to remove poster.. then we bought 2 red bulls and crisps and went for bill.. there is assistance called Bhanu on till and One girl called Nithya beside of him..and we suggested them to remove that poster for misunderstanding..Bhanu is talking nice and the girl called Nithya she talking very rude with us..we didn't even talking with she.. but she is responding very rude... Shell has very good reputation in customer service...please don't spoil that reputation for hiring these girls like Nithya... Please look into this... This is very poor customer service from Nithya
